Tadasana - Mountain Pose

This is a foundation asana within Dru Yoga. Many of the postures and sequences start in Tadasana.

It is an easy pose ... Just stand upright ... But when you really learn to stand up tall like a mountain you will also find your inner power, your strength and a beautiful still point within.

Once mastered this posture can be adopted whenever you feel the need to come back to yourself ... It takes a few seconds and feels absolutely amazing. It brings calmness, stillness, strength and allows you to stand tall within your own power base.
