Savasana - The Corpse Pose

This is the normal pose for relaxation ...
    as long as it is comfortable for you.

Lying in Savasana relaxes your body, releases stress, relaxes your central nervous system and calms your mind. It can reduce insomnia and help to improve sleep. It can also reduce headaches and tiredness and can help relieve depression.
At home I would suggest practicing this pose on your mat in a darkened room and focus on your breathing. You may find playing classical music or water/nature music assists the process particularly if you cannot clear your mind in the quiet.
