About Dru Yoga

Dru yoga is a gentle yet powerful form of exercise. The physical body benefits from the stretching and strengthening of the muscles by working through the gentle postures and flowing movements that are the basis of Dru. As the body responds to the yoga movements the power of Dru goes deeper and works on the emotions within.

A typical session starts with some fun and lively activations to get the body moving. These are followed by a Dru sequence called an Energy Block Release with movements specifically designed to release trapped energy within the body. Then we work on some postures and finish the session with a beautiful deep relaxation. At the end of the session you will feel stretched, calm and re-vitalised.
